How do I know if I am at risk of having a sleep condition?
If you respond YES to 3 or more questions on the STOP-BANG Questionnaire, you are at risk of having Obstructive Sleep Apnea.
If you total is 10 or more points on the Epworth Scale you are at risk of having a sleep disorder.
